Automotive Master Technician – Weekly Pay, 4.5-Day Work Week, No Weekends!
Priority Car Care is looking for an experienced A-Level Master Technician who wants steady hours, a supportive team, and a shop that respects both your skill and your time. If you’re strong in diagnostics and confident with major mechanical work, we’d love to talk. We don’t rebuild engines or transmissions, but we do perform all major R&R work along with head gaskets, timing components, suspension, brakes, cooling system repairs, and more. Our techs stay 4–6+ years because the environment is stable, low-drama, and built around fairness and respect.

📋 What You'll Need
What You’ll Handle: Advanced diagnostics (preferred but not required)
Engine & transmission R&R
Timing components, head gaskets, cooling system work
Brakes, suspension, and general repairs
Use of Power Probe, multimeter, scan tools, and shop equipment
Pay Structure:
Hybrid Pay Model: Hourly base pay plus performance-based flat-rate bonuses
Clock Hour Rate: Competitive and based on experience
Flat Rate Bonus: Additional pay per flagged hour (DOE)
Final compensation package will be discussed directly with the shop owner during the interview process.
(Optional example you can keep or remove depending on comfort:
Example: 40 hours clocked + 30 flagged = ~$1,150/week — about $38/hr flat-rate equivalent.)
