Automotive Technician – Weekly Pay, 4.5-Day Work Week, Great Team – Now Hiring!
Priority Car Care in Mesa, AZ is hiring an Automotive Technician open to a well-rounded B-Level or strong C-Level tech who’s solid on repairs but not required to be strong at diagnostics.
We don’t rebuild engines or transmissions, but we do remove and replace them, and
handle major work like head gaskets, timing chains, brakes, and suspension.
Techs stay with us 4 to 6+ years because we offer:
Fair hybrid pay model
No weekends
Paid holidays & long weekends
Stable, low-drama environment
What You’ll Work On:
General repairs, engine/trans R&R, timing components
Brakes, cooling, suspension
Tools: Power Probe, multimeter, scan tools
Diagnosing is helpful, but not required
Pay Structure:
Clock Hour Pay: $20–$27/hour (DOE)
Flat Rate Bonus: $2–$6/flagged hour (DOE)
Example: 40 hrs clocked + 30 hrs flagged = $1,150/week (~$38.33 flat rate equiv.)
Schedule:
Mon–Thurs: 8 AM–5 PM
Fri: 8 AM–12 PM
No weekends ever
