Automotive Technician – Weekly Pay, 4.5-Day Work Week, No Weekends!

Priority Car Care in Mesa, AZ is looking for a solid B-Level Tech or a strong C-Level Tech who’s hungry for steady hours, clean work, and a team that’s got your back. If you’re confident on repairs but not heavy into diagnostics yet, this is the place for you.

We don’t mess with rebuilds — but we do handle the big jobs: engine & transmission R&R, timing chains, head gaskets, brakes, suspension, and cooling systems. You’ll turn wrenches, flag hours, and still have time for your weekends.

🛠️ What You’ll Work On

General repairs: brakes, cooling, suspension.

Engine & transmission R&R.

Timing components & head gaskets.

Using real tools: Power Probe, multimeter, scan tools.

Diagnostics experience is a plus, but not a must.

💵 Pay Structure

Clock Hour Pay: $20–$27/hr (DOE)

Flat Rate Bonus: $2–$6 per flagged hour (DOE)

Example: 40 hrs clocked + 30 hrs flagged = $1,150/week (~$38.33/hr flat rate equivalent)

📅 Schedule

Mon–Thurs: 8 AM – 5 PM

Fri: 8 AM – 12 PM

No weekends. Ever.
