Bridwell Automotive Center in Scottsdale, AZ is urgently hiring a skilled Automotive Technician to join our trusted, family-owned shop. We’ve proudly served the Valley for nearly 50 years and are Arizona’s only full-service gas station + auto repair shop. What You’ll Do: Diagnose and repair all makes & models Handle brakes, suspension, engine work, AC, radiators, and timing belts/chains Use shop scanners, Power Probe, and multimeter for diagnostics Perform inspections and preventive maintenance Communicate with team and deliver quality workmanship Advance toward A-Tech level with master tech mentorship What You Get: Pay: $28–$31/hour (Hourly, not flat rate) Schedule: Mon–Fri / 8am–5pm — No weekends ever $300/month Medical Insurance Stipend 5 Paid Sick Days (AZ Compliance) Employee Appreciation Days Long-term, low-turnover environment Paid holidays & optional retirement benefits Friendly, respectful shop culture What You Bring: 3+ years’ experience as a B-Level Tech Confident working on all makes & models Strong with brakes, suspension, engine, AC, and diagnostics Skilled using scan tools, Power Probe, multimeter Able to follow diagrams, troubleshoot, and fix it right the first time Own your tools Valid driver’s license & clean MVD Dependable, positive attitude, team player
