Business Development & Customer Care Specialist

What You’ll Do:

✅ Make timely follow-up calls (48 hours, 30, 60, 90 days) to keep customers engaged

✅ Send appointment reminders for upcoming services & oil changes

✅ Call back customers who declined recommended services to answer questions and win back business

✅ Answer customer concerns and questions with care

✅ Engage with customers via phone, text, and email to make every experience smooth

✅ Monitor inbound customer inquiries across all platforms

✅ Review recorded phone calls, identify mistakes, and re-engage customers when needed

✅ Assist at the front counter when necessary

✅ Represent the culture, energy, and values of We-Fix-It Auto Repair every single day
