The Opportunity:Smarter Way to Apply is leading the executive search for a premier, high-volume independent auto repair business in the Tempe, AZ area. This is a chance to lead a modern, fully air-conditioned facility with a supportive team and deeply loyal customer base.
Position Summary & Impact: We seek a proven, results-driven General Manager to take full operational ownership of the facility. You will be the central leader responsible for guiding a team of 25+ employees, optimizing shop workflow, and driving overall profitability and customer satisfaction.

📋 What You'll Need
Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimize daily shop operations and workflow.
Mentor, manage, and coach a large team of Service Advisors and Technicians.
Drive KPIs, revenue targets, and operational efficiency.
Manage budgets, control labor costs, and oversee vendor relationships.
Ensure a consistently high, transparent, and exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications: Proven experience managing and leading teams of 25+ employees.
Strong organizational skills, accountability, and business acumen.
Automotive repair, service center, or dealership management experience is strongly preferred.
