General Manager - High-Volume Independent Auto Repair (Tempe, AZ)

Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimize daily shop operations and workflow.

Mentor, manage, and coach a large team of Service Advisors and Technicians.

Drive KPIs, revenue targets, and operational efficiency.

Manage budgets, control labor costs, and oversee vendor relationships.

Ensure a consistently high, transparent, and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications: Proven experience managing and leading teams of 25+ employees.

Strong organizational skills, accountability, and business acumen.

Automotive repair, service center, or dealership management experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation Range: (E.g., $100,000 - $130,000+ total compensation)
