📋 What You'll Need
What You’ll Do • Manage 10–20 vehicles/day from check-in to delivery
• Write accurate estimates & confidently present recommended services
• Track KPIs (ARO, car count, GP%) and drive $100K+ monthly sales
• Lead communication between techs and the front office
• Lead and mentor a team of Service Advisors, sharing your skills and knowledge to continually elevate the customer experience
• Oversee and support the Parts Manager and Quality Control team to ensure processes exceed customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years Service Advisor experience (independent shop preferred)
• Strong sales ability & KPI awareness
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license & clean record
