Shop Foreman – Master Diagnostician & Shop Leader (No Repair Work) Location: Prescott Valley Transmissions – Prescott Valley, AZ Pay: $1,600/week ($40/hr) – Paid Weekly Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends Ever Ready to step into a leadership role at a fast-paced, respected transmission shop? Prescott Valley Transmissions is looking for a skilled, motivated Shop Foreman who can take charge of diagnostics, guide a talented team, and make sure every vehicle leaves fixed right the first time. We service 120+ cars per month and pride ourselves on a 95% diagnostic accuracy rate. You’ll be stepping into a strong, supportive environment with a team that knows their stuff and a front office that backs you up. What You’ll Do: Check in vehicles and perform hands-on diagnostics Assign jobs to techs and keep the shop running smooth Handle light electrical diag (if needed) Final test drive to confirm issue is resolved Use Tekmetric to manage workflow Communicate with customers when necessary
